2. Take Restful Sleep : Getting good, restful sleep (experts suggest 7-8 hours a night!) is essential for proper skin cell and tissue rejuvenation. Achieve restful sleep by clearing your mind before your head hits the pillow. Power down cellphones, TV, and other stimulating activities 30-40 minutes before your intended bedtime.
3.Do Regular Exercise : Exercise – like doing yoga or going for a run –helps to increase blood flow to the skin to help keep it clear and free of toxins. Those ingredients can dry you out even more.Gently wash your skin, then rinse with plenty of warm water. Don’t use hot water — it removes the natural oils from your face faster.Try exfoliating once a week to get rid of flaky skin cells. It will make your skin look clearer and more even.
6.Cleaning Oily Skin : Use an oil-free foaming cleanser to wash your face. Rinse with plenty of warm water.You may want to use a toner or astringent after, but be careful because it might irritate your skin.These products can remove extra oil, which makes your face less shiny, and help keep skin clean.
7.Moisturize Your Skin : You may think you’re too young to need moisturizer — or your skin is too oily — but all skin types need one every day. Apply it while your skin is still damp from washing or rinsing to help seal in moisture. If you have acne or your skin is oily, find a moisturizer that’s lightweight and oil-free, so it won’t block your pores.
8.Use Sun Block Cream(Sun Cream) : There are two main types of sunblocks on the market: chemical and physical. The first type uses chemicals like oxybenzone, avobenzone, and octocrylene, which absorb the sun’s rays and break them down. The second type uses tiny mineral compounds, like zinc or titanium, that sit on top of the skin and deflect the sun’s rays.
Many people can use either type of sunscreen with no problems. But some can have allergic reactions to chemical blockers.Sometimes, ultraviolet radiation can even combine with common sunscreen chemicals (a problem called a photo allergy) and trigger a rash or blisters when a person goes out in the sun.
The American Academy of Dermatology recommends that people with sensitive skin choose physical sunscreens with the active ingredients zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. They should also avoid sunscreens that have fragrances, oils, and para-amino benzoic acid (PABA) — another common allergen.
