Chaitra Navratri is finally here and would go on till 14th April 2019. Navratri is one of the most widely celebrated festivals of India. Dedicated to the worship of nine incarnations of Goddess Durga, Navratri is celebrated over a period of nine days, and each day is devoted to a different form of Durga. Hindus pray to the Goddess, make multiple offerings and also observe ritualistic fasts. As part of Navratri fasts, people refrain from eating non-vegetarian food and food prepared using onion and garlic. 

1 KUTU KA PARATHA RECIPE

kutu ka paratha recipe glutin free flat breads made with buckwheat flour and

mashed potatoes these healthy flat breads are usualy made during the Navratri 

fasting period in india

INGREDIENTS FOR KUTU KA PARATHA RECIPE

1.2 cups kutu ka atta

2.1 meadium large patato

3. 2 3 hari mirch

4. warm water added as per required

5. 1 teaspoon sendha namak(rock salt) added as per required

6. ghee as require for roasting paratha

2.PATATO (ALOO) HALWA RECIPE

Aloo ka halwa is a popular varat recipe, prepared and consumed lavishly

in north india. The mushy and delicious halwais super quick and easy to

make too and just about ideal for those untimely cravings.

INGREDIENTS FOR KUTU KA PARATHA RECIPE

1. patato-3 to 4 medium size

2.sugar(chini)-100 gm

3.ghee-4 teaspoon

4.milk- 1 cup

5. kismis- as per required

6. kaju- as per required

7. badam- as per required

3.SAMAK KI KHEER/VARAT KE CHAWAL KI KHEER

help of samak rice/samvat rice/sama rice ,you can make diferent difrent dishes

like samaak kheersamak pulao ,samak khichdi .samak rice are anti oxident ,

have lots of fiber and high in protein. they are gluten free as well as diabetic

friendly.they are easy to digest and cook quickly.

INGREDIENTS FOR KUTU KA PARATHA RECIPE

1. 1/2 half cup samak rice

2. 3 to 4 tablespoon sugar

3. 1 tablespoon kismis

4.500gm to 750gm milk

5. 10 to 15  chopped cashews(kaju)

6. 1/2 tablespoon ilaichi powder

4 JEERA ALOO

it is a simple boil aloo dish with cumin and green chillies. this jeera aloo

dish is relatively very simple and quick to make.in patato lots of carbs and

easy to digest.

5. SABUDANA BHEL

sabudana bhel is an easy and quick recipe.we are need boiled patato,

roasted penuts ,kashews,kismis and addition of more other dry

fruits make it more healthy.
